Anti-Spamming
The ONE SeniorCare Network Association (The Organization) has a no tolerance spam policy. ONE SeniorCare Network ' customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of subscribers. Any customer found to be using ONE SeniorCare Network Association for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at abuse@oneseniorcare.org . Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link - those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, ONE SeniorCare Network Association will terminate the customer's account.
What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email.) By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.
How ONE SeniorCare Network protects you from sending spam
The Company is a Affiliate company with permission-based email-marketing tool that follows the strictest permission-based philosophies:
Communication - Your registration page already states why you are collecting the site visitor's email address, how you plan to use their address, and that you are following the embedded privacy policy. Additionally, by accepting our license agreement you have agreed to not sell or rent your lists.
Verification – The Company automatically sends all of your new subscribers an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from you. Additionally, if your subscriber changes his or her interests or unsubscribes, Constant Contact automatically sends an email confirmation.
Unsubscription - Every email generated from The Company contains an unsubscribe link which automatically updates your subscriber lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed. What is ONE SeniorCare Network Association?
ONE SeniorCare Network Association is a social service association and an alternative to AARP. We are neighborhood base which means we are concern with local issues relating to Seniors and with local representation. We combine our effects by joining together with other cities membership, churches, other non profit organizations with similar issues in order to present a power force. Our primary focus is to advocate with legislators relating to Senior policies on a National, State and Local level. It is our mission is to protect the Seniors golden years.
ONE SeniorCare solutions are designed to provide Senior clients with feature services and benefits at NO additional cost. One in specific would be Medicare Advantage awareness. This process would be worked with our exclusive contract agency that maintain affiliate State approved licensed Insurance Agents.
These are plans that the individual's doctors have to be contracted before getting their services. We cover many options based on medical needs and education on all benefits of each plan. Our State approved licensed Insurance Agents will also search to see if your doctor is part of the plan's network. To make these solutions accessible, we provide an easy and stress-free enrollment process by providing a State approved licensed Insurance Agent. Our affiliate agency with licensed Insurance Agents are certified by Certified Professional License Agent (CPLA). The CPLA is a nonprofit trade association that focus on ethical standards and compliance. We look forward in serving you.

Seniors turning 65 (within 3 months) plus that carry a Medicare card (Red, White and Blue).

Is there a fee for membership?
Yes, there is a low fee of $16 per year. However, our fee will be waived for the first year and if you like it the second year, this is when the fee of $16 per year will be accessed.
